Canon print business là một giải pháp tổng thể và toàn diện trên thiết bị di động của Canon đáp ứng các nhu cầu cơ bản trong văn phòng như in , scan , copy, email, lưu trữ và quản lý tài liệu... Tương thích tốt trên các nền tảng di động phổ biến hiện nay như Android và IOS , Canon Print business là một ứung dụng giúp bạn khai thác tối đa sức mạnh của các thiết bị văn phòng canon như máy in , Scan , Copy , All in One,.. 

Các tính năng cơ bản của ứng dụng Canon Print Business :

• Hỗ trợ Android và IOS .
• Nhận và lưu trữ các file Scan trực tiếp từ các máy đa chức năng Canon về điện thoại và tablet của bạn .
• In (Print) các file scan hoặc dữ liệu từ các phần mềm như Microsoft Office files, PDFs, images, web pages, và các ứng dụng khác .
• Support Dropbox và Google drive, bạn có thể truy cập , download, upload tài liệu trực tiếp ngay bên trong ứng dụng.

một số lưu ý đối với các file PDF (PDF printing information):

• Output with PDF Direct Print if the Canon device has Direct Print Kit or PS Printer Kit (If the Canon device has either Kit, this is the Default setting)
• A switch is available to enable/disable the use of Direct Print Kit or PS Printer Kit (to change the Default, if user desires)
• PDF file can be rendered locally at the Canon device (If the Direct Print Kit or PS Printer Kit is not installed, this is the Default setting)
• PDF files can be printed by using Data Conversion Service (this is an option available to the user whether the Direct Print Kit or PS Printer Kit is installed or not installed. The user has the choice to utilize the Data Conversion Service).
• PDF Direct Print must be available on the imageCLASS device for PDF printing through this application.
• Color imageRUNNER LBP 5460, Color imageRUNNER ADVANCE LBP 5975, and Color imageRUNNER ADVANCE 5970 require the Hard Disk Kit HD-98B, PS-ROM A-98C, and Expansion RAM ER-128, ER-256, or ER-512 for PDF printing.
• Not all imageCLASS models support PDF files, to see which models support PDF printing please click here to see the supported device list.

1 Some Microsoft Office files may not preview or print correctly depending on the content of their data. If you correct the layout with the Data Conversion Service, you can print the file with its original layout.
2 For .xls/.xlsx files, the entire workbook is converted not individual work sheets.
3 Supported printing functions differ between printers, print data may be output without the print settings used in this app being applied, depending on the printer model you are using.
4 Canon PRINT Business has a maximum file size of 10MB for printing.
5 Available specifications depend on printer feature.
6 Scanning is not supported on these devices.
